Refund policy

returns

we accept returns for orders delivered to the UK, EU, and Norway. you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. items must be returned unused and unwashed. contact us before sending anything back — returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.

to start a return, email support@gentlenod.com with your order number. we'll confirm the return address and next steps.

return postage is your responsibility. we don't offer exchanges.

we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns for orders outside the UK, EU, and Norway.


damaged or misprinted items

if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of receiving it. send a photo of the issue and your order number to support@gentlenod.com. if it's a production error, we'll replace it or refund it — no return required. this applies to all orders regardless of location.


refunds

once we've received and confirmed your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider — we have no control over that timeline. if you have concerns, contact your bank directly.


wrong address

if you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@gentlenod.com. if the order hasn't shipped, we'll do our best to correct it. if it has shipped and is returned to us as a result, reshipment costs are yours to cover.
