how much does shipping cost?

standard shipping is free to the UK, US, and EU.

flat-rate shipping charges apply to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, and Switzerland. the cost will show at checkout before you confirm.

how long will my order take?

there are two stages: production and delivery. they don't overlap.

production takes 2–5 business days for most orders. over 97% of orders ship within 5 business days. during busy periods — around holidays and peak sale events — it can take a little longer.

where is my order shipped from?

UK, US, EU, Canada, Australia

orders are usually fulfilled close to their destination. UK orders normally ship from Wolverhampton; US orders from North Carolina or Texas; Canadian orders from Toronto; EU orders from Latvia or Spain; and Australian orders through partner facilities in Brisbane or Melbourne.

occasionally, an order may be routed elsewhere if a particular product, size or colour is unavailable locally.

New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland

there's no local facility for these destinations, so your order ships internationally. that's reflected in the longer delivery estimate and flat-rate shipping charge.

customs and import duties

UK, US, EU, Canada, Australia

customs charges are not normally expected, as orders to these destinations are usually fulfilled within the same country or region.

New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland

these orders ship internationally. import duties are unlikely to apply to a single low-value garment, but local rules vary and we can't guarantee it. if in doubt, check your country's import threshold before ordering.
